Judy was very good and the massage was great. She also gave me feedback on what to concentrate on with my next massages. Much valued advice.

We paid for two packages: spa(30min) + massage(60min) 120aud each. The masseur Jo was attentive, however our massage last 50min. I was also told that if I was to be charged 135 I could claim under my insurance, which I thought why not, but a supposed email that should have been sent was not and I had to drive back a week later to enquire about it. Every time communication was quite difficult, and because I was a bit disappointed, I asked why our massage lasted less than what we paid for and the attendant said we need to make up time to change and complete a form. This was the firm time I hear that. Also worth to mention I got 17aud back from my insurance, basically meaning I paid more for nothing.

Always a great service... Always happy to try to accommodate too. Been here multiple times. Would recommend. Always worth giving them a call even if it's on the day as they can sometimes have spots/cancellations.

Visited on 22 Aug 2021 and received oil massage and cupping from Alina. She is incredible! I haven’t feel so relaxed for a long long time. As an office worker I have been suffering from stiff neck and shoulders for quite a while and trying hard to find a good massage therapist, finally I made it! Alina provided nice and firm massage and offered useful suggestions on my conditions. The environment is quiet chilling and they provide a cup of hot tea after the treatment. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for real massage and I will definitely become a regular customer for Oceanic Spa.
