Don't trust this company with anything you love. I debated about leaving this review for a long time came back to it and honestly regretted not leaving it earlier. I purchased an Omega Seamaster 1951 and went into their store to ask if it could be serviced, they told sure no problem, gave me a price of around £150. Seemed too good to be true and it was, the price went up by over £100 and the condition I got it back in can be seen in the image below (1 day after service). It was gaining about 5 minutes a day, which is abysmal, even for a model this old. The amplitude is really low and unhealthy and the beat error is massive. On top of that, when I showed this timegrapher image to the store member, he had no idea what it was and told me it was too technical, this is a bread and butter tool of any modern watchmaker. They did take the watch back and eventually regulate it to +30s a day, which is still terrible, I should have protested more at the time, but I decided to chalk it up to experience and walk away. Either way, I wouldn't ever let this store touch anything of mine ever again and would be sceptical of the condition of any of the watches they sell. I hope this helps some people avoid a watch butcher, only sorry I didn't post this review earlier.
