We have been recently on a mad hunt for a property. Whilst we didn’t end up taking a property with ocean simply because they didn’t have the listing. Everyone we dealt with was just lovely. On time for viewings. Personable. Empathetic with our situation. Stand out was Georgia - lovely and professional even on a Friday evening. Really refreshing! Totally recommend

Really quick and efficient service from Ocean - our house viewing was set up really quickly, and we were able to view at a time that worked for us. We were also able to book a second viewing, after paying our holding fee. Our agent was really friendly, professional and responsive. Everything has been clear and communication has been consistent

My sister and her partner, work long unpredictable hours. Ocean Estate agents were very understanding of me looking on their behalf for a property to rent. They even facilitated a face-time call to show them around. Jamie understood our urgency to find somewhere, it was on his suggestion that we found the perfect place. Wow! Who thought buying and selling could be easy! For one of those super stressful moments in life the team were amazing from start to finish. With Tom coming out and valuing our property giving us realistic prices and the confidence that our sale would be in good hands! We then had the flat sold really quickly with a lovely salesperson and Jenny handled our case at this point and kept us in the loop and kept on at all the parties including our solicitor who was the complete opposite of responsive!
