I went there yesterday with my partner for his birthday, and it was very very amazing! We had ocean escape and all the treatment was so nice and the staff who treat my body (I think her name was Naomi also who served my partner as well! Sorry I forgot her name😭) was lovely too! When I was booking I thought the cost was a bit expensive but after I had the treatment, it was worth it! My skin felt so soft, my body got relaxed and the smell of candle? made me feel calm and happy! I definitely recommend this place who travel gold coast and wanting to have massage!

The experience was nice, foot scrub was all of 5min no massage , The facial was a up sell I would say 10min if I didn’t pay the extra $55 for added items… the package I believe my husband paid a lot of money for included a hair oil type massage, towards the end the girl asked if I would like this? Why would you ask if it was paid for in the package? This was all of 5min The time was running on 6pm she then asked if I was heading to dinner after this appointment if I still wanted the glass of wine and cheese/crackers platter! I felt I was being hurried because they were finished for the evening so I said not to worry about it…. She then tried to up sell me the products she used! This doesn’t surprise me and I was expecting they would try sell there expensive products. My husband booked this as a surprise birthday gift and to be honest it was disappointing…. My advice for those wanting to book this service book morning or midday so you don’t feel like your being rushed out the door and the experience is being cut short.

4/ 5

My girlfriend and I went to this spa while on our holiday, the spa itself and the therapists/treatment staff were fantastic. However, the lady who is on the front desk with short hair (manager I assume?) clouded our experience a bit. Trying to chat to her on the phone yesterday when booking was very abrupt, we felt a bit like we were inconveniencing her by trying to make an appointment. When at the spa, the same manager abruptly swung the bathroom door open without announcing herself or acknowledging/apologising while we were half nude and trying to change, pushed our things aside and just generally had a bit of a power trip energy. Then after the treatment she whirled through the waiting lounge, adjusting furniture etc while we sat in our robes and tried to relax. It’s a shame the manager has such an intense attitude, because the spa itself and the other staff are fantastic. But unfortunately I probably wouldn’t return, simply due to this one woman and I can see why other people have left similar reviews.
