When we arrived on Thursday we were greeted by this absolutely lovely lady who was very helpful with what I needed. We wasn't in the hotel much all day Friday due to it being our 10th anniversary & having things planned, A massive thank you to all the staff who set the room for us the way I requested it. All round it was a very pleasant and comfy stay, My only defaults with the hotel is that when having a wedding reception or a party just to warn the other customers staying there because last night there was a party or something and we could hear the music especially when it got louder and we couldn't sleep. My other fault was that every time we came to breakfast there were tea cups that's was dirty apart from those small issues we will most definitely book this same hotel the next time we come to Bournemouth.

Friendly staff doesn't detract that the room I had was shabby and unkempt. It was kept clean but overall it was of a poor standard and was permanently hot. So a very restless sleep due to this stiffness. Bath towels too small, low pressure shower. Kettle was not working, but did get it changed. Breakfast was average but the food in the Italian cafe was very good, compliments to the chef. Indoor pool was dirty but the tropical rain shower was great, outdoor pool needs to be heated. Did not try any spa treatments. This hotel needs refurbishment from top to bottom. Fittings and furnishing need replacing. For the money we paid, the hotel will not be on my return list until it gets fixed up.

It’s a very nice place . I went with my family for 4 nights in a family room sea view . It was spacious room clean a bit old but maintained well. Helpful staff . The idea of sisters hotels gave us the chance to use the facilities in the other two hotels which is great. No enough parking but street parking was available in-front of the hotel with pay and display costs 14 £ a day but it’s available. Walking distance to beach , lower gardens and town Centre. Lovely place definitely will go again.

I don't know where to start.. this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at!! They say it's a 3 star, should be 0 stars. The rooms are old and run-down, with no a/c, spider webs, moldy silicone on the bath tub and no extraction fan in the bathroom. But the worst thing ever is, they have an old fashioned sewage system from the 1900's...starts at 11pm till like 6am... I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the guttering and unfortunately for me I was on the 1st floor...so very close to it. There is generally no sense of customer service..the Asian lady at the reception felt sympathetic when I told her that I couldn't sleep all night due to the loud guttering/ sewage system they have in place but the manager she reported to wasn't bothered, didn't even attempt to talk to me about it..despite being at the reception when I made the complaint. There is a lack of cultural sensitivity in general, the ham and cheese were overlapping on the breakfast tray, no consideration to those who don't eat ham or are vegetarian. Avoid this hotel unless you have no choice, I paid 200 for a night because of the location, was expecting to get something decent. Honestly any holiday Inn or budget hotel is 100 times better and cleaner.

It’s very clear that this hotel has lived his best life many many years ago. The room was tiny and it looked like only the wall of the bed had been “upgraded” with a wallpaper. There was only 1 socket in the room so clearly not thought through for the modern era😂 Furniture was old and deteriorated…here are some pictures so you know what to expect for real.
