Oasis Car Spa – Bendigo

I frequent this car wash, the facilities are always kept in clean working order. The attendant at the touch free wash is friendly and has wonderful customer service skills. The tokens although old school help add value. Although I'm a regular, the attendant took the time to explain the different ways I can use the tokens to get the most out of my service. I would recommend this place to a friend.

We zipped from a laundrette in Flora Hill, got here no queue, managed to wash the van for $4, and nipped back to take the washing out, 1 minute on the cycle. Working perfectly. Has a 3.2m clearance, we fitted.

WILL NEVER COME BACK and highly discourage anyone who wants to be treated with respect to go the other way. Had the apparent “owner” first gesture to get out of one lane to go into another that would be done slightly sooner. this was fine although after moving into the other lane we received multiple dirty looks and then he continued to stare both myself and the driver down. after maintaining eye contact with him and asking what his problem was, he came up to our car very aggressively saying we clearly haven’t been here before. He continued to yell at us, degrading us with his extensive knowledge of washing cars and how we must know more than him as we complained about his customer service and the constant staring making us feel very unwelcome and generally uncomfortable. Once leaving our car in a very unprofessional way I chose to call the business to see if I could get onto the owner as his behaviour towards us was honestly disgusting. He answered the phone and we met near his office to discuss this, he continued to tell us we have no brains, why would he be looking at US, we aren’t pretty if that’s what we think we are. He continued to degrade us and at this point infront of other customers and saying he has CCTV. after saying this was great and I would love to have it he continued to say why would i give it to YOU. Never have I felt so uncomfortable and degraded at a CAR WASH no less.
