This is a lovely place to walk around, with or without dogs. Plenty of routes to take and the house and cafe are also splendid. The only reason for one star coming off is that the car parks close at 4pm and that means that they actually close and your car will be locked in overnight if you don't move it in time. Don't forget this!!

The Bronte connection is only one part of the brilliance of Oakwell Hall and Park. Splendid walks that aren't too taxing. The hall is a wonderful piece of historic 16th century architecture, still boasting original interiors (decor, furniture etc) and there's a cafe too! A must when in the area. I love it so much I got married there!
