Very disappointing-Having to chase information about a car that I was interested in and had driven from Bristol to Clevedon to view, so was clearly keen. Unable to see it as it was apparently still in the garage being MOT’d. No communication from the garage, though was waiting. Only to be told 2 days later the car was no longer for sale as was being ‘given to the bosses daughter’ - very poor. Don’t advertise cars that you have no intention of selling. Time wasters.

We recently purchased a car from Oaklands and we were very impressed with the service we received. From initially going to just have a look we were offered help but no pressured into anything. We enjoyed having the space to just have a good look around. We booked to have a test drive and the process was simple and easy, again no pressure only helpful advice given.
