Tom and his team have just finished fitting out our kitchen. We cannot sing their praises high enough. Over the years we have encountered numerous tradesmen/workmen but none come close to the standard of workmanship, attention to detail, cleanliness, timekeeping and assistance/advice that Oakland Doors have provided...........................and we are very fussy! A massive thanks to everyone at Oakland Doors involved with the work at our house. Also, a massive thank you to Roy who carried out all the electrical work (recommended by Tom) who went above and beyond what was asked for. Extremely highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

From the initial quote provided two months ago to the finished job yesterday the service provided by Oakland Doors was nothing but professional and well organised. Tom was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the initial meeting (whereby he visited the house in person), and he helpfully provided examples of previous work that reflected how the kitchen refurbishment would look. Tom also retrieved samples of the materials (i.e. cabinet doors/worktops) to allow for some mixing and matching experimentation which was very useful. Tom drafted up a quote and, once plans were in place, swiftly took all kitchen measurements before offering a range of dates for the kitchen to be installed. On the date agreed, Matt showed up shortly after 08:00 and immediately began work on the refurbishment with Tom appearing later in the morning when needed for the worktop installation. Both Matt and Tom worked proficiently until everything was completed not long after 15:00 the same day. For context, the (average sized) L-shaped kitchen required 10-12 new cabinets/drawers, a new worktop and a new sink. The result is a well-fitted, revitalised kitchen that looks new. In addition to this the team tidied as they worked, including removal of the unsightly previous furnishings, which resulted in minimal clean-up once the job was done. All in all, Oakland Doors made good on their promise of a revitalised kitchen by utilising quality materials, skilled staff and an impressive work ethic based on quality and efficiency. Highly recommended!

Tom and Matt recently refurbished our kitchen. Their professionalism and attention to detail and finish was obvious from the first contact with Tom thru to the completed job. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after every stage of the process with the job completed within two days. In summary, a painless experience providing us with exactly what we wanted. A professional and quality service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really pleased with the work done by Oakland Doors. We wanted to spruce up our kitchen without having to go for a full refurbishment, so opted for new cupboard doors, worktops and sink. The whole process was easy, from getting the quotation, to booking a date and actually getting the work done. We were able to leave Tom and his colleague in the house to work away and the work was done in less than a full day. It now looks like a new kitchen and looks very professional, with the lovely light grey doors and worktops brightening up the room and making it look bigger. They even fixed up a few bits of our cupboards that were slightly damaged. My husband and I would definitely recommend Oakland Doors for a partial or full refurbishment, or even if you just want new cupboard doors.

I have got my kitchen upgraded and took help from Tom and Brain for that. They are extremely professional, skilled and delight to deal with. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them to anybody who wants a new kitchen or needs a kitchen upgrade. Thanks Tom and Brain once again. We shall stay in touch.

Tom called to see us as we weren’t sure what wanted re kitchen revamp. Tom was so professional and gave me excellent advice. A few weeks later, bang on time, Brian & Andrew arrived to reform our kitchen. They were so professional, pleasant and patient with me. They went to extreme lengths to make it perfect. Very easy to rate the service, provided by Tom and Oakland Doors, as five star. From initial contact with Tom, to the fitting of the kitchen, the whole process was very quick and professional. Replacing kitchen doors sounds like an easy job, however, all the associated fittings make it a lot more complicated. The standard of work carried throughout the kitchen is excellent, as is the attention to detail. I would not hesitate in recommending Oakland Doors. Thanks very much Tom!
