I'm a local delivery driver ... Seen this guys so called work.. .Terrible I've talked to a couple of his staff before, he doesn't pay them

I have a rented student house in Leeds but don't live locally so over the last couple of years have needed someone to maintain the property and outside. Dave has been brilliant,he's installed a fire door, washing machine, a couple of extractor fans, decorated and kept the outside space tidy, all to a high standard. he also has sorted out the multitude of little fixes, loose cupboard doors, dodgy door handles etc. He is someone the students can (and have!) called on in an emergency. It's great peace of mind for me. He's always friendly and professional and I trust him to have a set of keys for the property.

Fabulous work on our property, it’s great to have so many trades with one company. Took all the stress out of dealing with lots of different people. Great work thanks to David and his team.

Needed back garden sorted, as was full of moss in the grass. It's now been made flat and the little lad now can play football in back garden amazing job

In word Excellent.from sending Dave a message he replied so quickly. He gave a very reasonable quote to don’t hedges, do the grass and remove a tree and tidy up of the garden. I could not be more impressed with the quality and professionalism from start to finish and such a nice person I would not have any doubts to recommend Dave and his company to anyone.
