Oak Lane Post Office leeds

The lady who serves has absolutely zero percent customer care. She looks like she hates the job and has had a fight with someone. She is not friendly and very moody lady. I would rather go to different post office with great customer care. Please teach your employee about great customer care.

Friendly family oriented post office point and convenience store. Always good service and open to 9pm every day, what more do you need.

I'm around there quite often and never had any problem. There are two ladies and a gent- all of them professional and friendly so I don't understand other review's criticism

Very friendly and helpful staff and quick service. Also, I was able to collect my parcel after 6 p.m , that is no posible in other post offices. Thanks for your service

i just went here to drop some cash off to deposit into my account, an Asian man served me, i told him that i wanted to deposit some money into my account, he said ok, i took a chunk of money out of my bag, when he saw it he quickly asked his wife to serve me instead which i found weird. She put the money into a money counting machine, came over to me and said it was £1,290. I was shocked, i said no, its not, I have counted it, its £1,400. She then pretended to act confused, please can you tell me how a money machine can be so off? it is obvious that when people come in with large amounts of money they try and deduct some in order to put some cash into their own tills. people tend to trust women more, hence why the Asian man asked his wife to serve me when he was free to serve me himself. she then recounted £1,000 on the machine and hand counted the £400 and continued to scratch her head and act confused, Oscar winning performance. God knows how many innocent or elderly people they have tried this with.

Again yesterday we went to post some letters and parcel, and the Lady behind the counter as usual very nice, very polite, always there to help nothing is too much for them. I love to go there, we do have one convenience shop near to us in Keighley Road, Sing, and we never go there anymore the Lady never happy. so we prefer to take the Car and go to Oak Lane, actually I am going again this afternoon.

The woman at the shop was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to post a parcel abroad and she was able to talk me through the options and allowed me to get the job done swiftly. Great service.

Ladies work really hard, always nice and quick service. Store and post office.
