Very friendly and helpful staff.Got what we had come in for plus extra. Delivery time short and convenient.

Friendly staff and a good range of good quality products. A little pricey in some respects but generally value for money. Store layout decent with helpful and not overly pushy salesmen, the store smells of a nice wood finish too, which is nice...if that's your thing ;-)

Although we ended up buying something, the in-store experience wasn't great. The sales person was rushing and we had to go and ask somebody else to explain. It felt as though the sales people were given strict targets to get customer orders processed and out within a certain time. We were in and out within 15 mins which isn't an awful lot of time for a £900 purchase. The only reason we were able to purchase was because we had gone there before the sale started and decided what we wanted.

Very well laid out, the chap that served us was very informative but was also a genuinely happy person that seemed to enjoy his job, which makes the experience all the nicer.

Beautiful oak furniture and it does not have edges. It is so smooth. I went to look for a corner sofa bed that was online. There is car parking and other stores within the area. There are more items at the top floor too.

Utterly disappointing :-( I placed an order(OFL - 7234188) for a Sofa which was promised as available to be delivered within 7 days(its the only reason I decided to buy it). Now its been 21 days and on the delivery date. even yesterday I received a delivery schedules text saying that it will be delivered on Dec 8. But today morning they called and said they cannot find stock in their warehouse and the order cannot be delivered. She also said she cannot give any future date when it can be delivered. I called customer service, waited for 25 minutes to speak to someone and customer service executive told the same that order cannot be fulfilled on promised date but it will another 3 months more. I asked for cancellation and he put me on hold. I am still waiting even after 52 minutes :( I had tried calling the retail store, they told they do not have any responsibility after the sale. What a pathetic service. Does not recommend at all.

Wonderful, well made furniture at Oak Furnitureland. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sales assistant 'Joe' helped us today and he was smashing. I would definatley recommend a visit.

Great solid wood furniture collection. Their USP is their staff, we were attended by Ms Nuzhat who was very helpful and answered all our questions with immense patience.

Awsome people, honest and helpful with each other. Definately recommend them
