Dishonest staff at the place.I got my nails and eyelash extensions done from them before going on my holiday.my eyelashes fell off completely from one eye on the third day.I tried to contact them but was unable to do so because they don’t have their contact number on google.i took photos of my eyes.i was back from my holiday after 7 days and went to the place to show them.instead of having a look and fixing my eyelashes the staff told me to go away and call the manager and talk to him regarding this.i felt very bad and tried to call the place and everytime i call them they told me that manager was not there.there is no customer service they just want to make money. i tried to call again and a man answered my call and was very rude .rather than looking into my problem he blamed me of everything and said me not to visit the place again if i dont like it.i will definitely not visit this place again.its just waste of money

There is no such thing as "powder gel" this is what is told to customers when cheap overseas illegal products are used! Gel comes in a pot,is a liquid hence the name "gel". The stuff they are selling as "gel" is really dangerous.

The staff are friendly and have a great eye for detail.

Looks like it’s been done by a child!!!! Had a spa pedicure and gel polish on hands and feet for me and my 8 yr old Neice! Was charged $180 for the both of us will never go back! they are lucky I handed over my money for this atrocious service!! wouldn’t have given any stars if that was an option! Niece’s nails are peeling off 3 days later! 😡😡😡

Unfortunately, although the staff were nice.. their work was terrible. Please note it was the male worker I had. Below are the reasons I gave 2 stars. - The entire thing felt rushed. - Terrible paint job. - They paint didn't even go to the sides of my nails.. - They did not use new/fresh files. - By day 5 they looked like they needed infills. - They cut me multiple times. - They were all different lengths - some being uneven. I won't be returning and I personally would not recommend.
