Tiffany's yoga classes are extraordinary. Either the strong ones or the restorative ones. I particularly recommend the restorative ones which are a fully receptive practice, relieving any kind of muscular or inner tension of any kind. Lots of things can happen in a Tiffany's restorative class. Indeed, it can be a very advanced practice. Tiffany is very skillful helping you setting the poses. Her messages in the form of words during the practice are also part of the yoga experience. They are amazing. I can't recommend her enough.

5/ 5

I have been extremely fortunate to have Tiffany Brown as a yoga and qigong teacher. Her classes have taught me a lot about myself. In particular, they have helped me understand how my body works, both in terms of its abilities and limitations. The understanding I have gained has assisted me tremendously in other physical activities such as ballroom dancing, scuba diving, horse riding and even windsurfing. I therefore recommend Tiffany’s classes strongly. She is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.

Tiffany's women's health class is unique. She takes tremendous care to create a space that is nurturing and gentle. I leave the class feeling profoundly moved in body and spirit and with a deep sense of wellbeing. A very special experience.
