Outstanding service! I ordered 4D Carbon plates which unfortunately had been damaged in the post. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement straight away. No hassle at all. The carbon plates look amazing, Good quality product. I can't wait to see them on my car.

I needed to replace my 12 year old plates. Process was easy; to design and place order and pay. Had to sen over photo copies of driving license and V5 by email, perhaps add this into the website somehow, but not a biggie. Confirmation of the order and ID check quickly received. Plates arrived, posted through the door the next day. £4 cheaper than Halfords even with me adding an extra border around the plates. I'd recommend these guys.

Excellent service, very professional product and immediate delivery. I noticed on the web site that there are one or two bad reviews mainly due to the fact that the purchasers don’t understand the law regarding number plate manufacturing. A fair comment might be that the requirement to send in the paperwork might be mentioned prior to placing and paying for the order? Only comment I would make. Keep up the good service.

Collected a set of 4D Plates for my Porsche Macan. Could not fault the service I received. The plates look brilliant and the guys working in the shop were very helpful and answered the questions I had. Even threw in additional sticky pads to help ensure my plate was fitted correctly as the previous plate was attached with screws. Great and speedy service would highly recommend and would definitely use these people again

Their communication was great, received an email asking for the documents immediately which I supplied, they confirmed pretty much immediately and I got a confirmation of dispatch shortly afterwards. Delivery was also super quick and the plates that arrived were exactly as ordered. All in all faultless service. I would definitely use Number1Plates again

The web site was easy enough to use. I ordered two sets of plates on the same day and paid two separate amounts for next day delivery. The second set I ordered arrived on time but the first didn’t. They showed me that Royal Mail had a problem with their Leeds sorting office. This was fair enough but not my fault. After a bit of “to and fro” they eventually agreed to refund the difference between the normal post and next day delivery. This was fine as they are only 24 hrs late if they arrive as predicted by Royal Mail. The standard of the first set of plates seems decent. The second I imagine will be equally as good. I only ordered standard material and digits. It’s worth noting that after you have paid they will ask for the legal documentation required when making plates. Although this is correct, you won’t be asked until after you’ve paid and if you try to cancel you will be charged £3.99 per plate. This information would put a lot of people off which is why I think they wait until after you pay to tell you. Their customer service team come across as smart. Probably because they deal with loads of people trying to cancel after being told about the required documentation after they pay. In summary the plates are decent but I will go else where in the future.

I purchased these plates to replace my old tired ones. I also bought a new black surround for the rear one . The service I received was very efficient. The online program for design of the plates was easy to follow. I opted for the better quality materials and also the 3d look. I am well pleased with the result it has enhanced the look of my car . Also nice that they run to the letter of the law and check you own the vehicle. I highly recommend Number1 Plates ,

Great service and communication. Emails were replied to promptly. Fast delivery service. Good quality plates. Given what they charge for the number plates they could be more price competitive compared to the competition. However, apart from that, faultless service and still get 5 stars from me.

5 star service! I've never has to buy a registration plate before and Number 1 Plates were so easy to use. A quick reply from my order along with details about which documents to send, and another quick response once received. I got my package the next working day, and drilled holes and fitted on to my Mini Cooper. Absolutely perfect! Thank you again. Would highly recommend.

I needed new plates for my car since the old ones were in a pretty bad shape, and I also wanted to have the new UK symbol with the union flag, so I could travel across the EU without those ugly oval stickers. Number1Plates supplied me with those really quickly, my Saturday order was confirmed on Sunday and dispatched on Monday, so I was ready to mount them on Tuesday (2 working days after I placed the order). I've got regular aluminium plates, the numbers are printed on a thick foil that's placed securely on top of the metal. The overall quality and execution is really nice. It's worth mentioning that because my order contained 2 plates, their faces were separated by a piece of foil inside the parcel, so they wouldn't get scratched during the shipping. If I'll ever need new plates again, I'll definitely come back to Number1Plates.
