Can't praise the hospital enough, all the staff are so friendly. I had cataract surgery and I was really well looked after by the nurses and Mr yang. The surgery was stress free. Due to have the other eye done in about six weeks, and I know I will be in safe hands.

Turned up early for my appointment. Receptionist very professional but not very friendly. Appointment was for 10. 30 mins late with no one advising things are running late and when you got in, no apology. Tea and Coffee in the waiting room. Consultant very professional and knowledgeable, willing to take the time to listen and not hurry you along.

Amazing care. Knee operation was performed there, didnt have to wait long for the operation to be booked, it was booked for 4 weeks after I initially rang. Pre-Op assessment was very helpful and informative and was even given items to help make my knee as sterile as possible on the morning of the surgery. On the day of my operation, I didnt wait around at all, I saw nurses, consultants and anesthesiologists in no time, took down for surgery, and was looked after so well after I had my operation. Physio was amazing, and my surgeon (Mr Mughal) is the best.

As usual very efficient, comfortable setting puts you at ease, the staff as very helpful and friendly. The consultant I met Dr Al-Abadie, couldn’t have been more informative, we mutually agreed a course of treatment and timescale. Patient led and perfect.

Had to wait over 3 hours for the appointment! If we wanted this sort of waiting time we would have stuck with the NHS! Appalling service to say it is a private health provider! What’s the saying…..the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing….by this I mean the office side of things was a total shambles! However, the consultant was fantastic.
