Very friendly staff, excellent service. They look after you really well after you’ve had an operation, and make sure you’re comfortable. Mr Fitton is an excellent surgeon, and his team are brilliant.

Brilliant! Absolutely no hesitation to recommend and I’m a self payer so no insurance cover but worth every penny IMO. Two years ago had four moles removed from my face and today have been back to have four more removed from my body. Everyone, from the moment you walk in the door to the aftercare are kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. I would have happily used the NHS but they wouldn’t even entertain their removal as were considered aesthetic so had to find an alternative - Mr Fitton was that alternative and really happy with the results. 10/10 Nuffield Plymouth thank you.

Have used a fair share of private hospitals and this is by far the worst for both quality of service and communication. A recent follow-up Ultrasound appointment resulted in an appointment sent to me by letter which was not convenient. No less than 11 telephone calls (leaving 3 messages) failed to get any response/reply from the radiography dept. When I raised this at the appointment, I was "treated" to a despondent response with no apology and an explanation that the phone system was at fault. Appalling.

Joke! I'm unable to book an appointment for an ultrasound because this PRIVATE hospital won't do it on Saturday. The whole idea about PAYING is to be able to get what you need when you need it, not when it is just suitable to them. They will take your money on Saturday and Sunday but won't provide what you asked for. Don't waste your hard earned cash! Go somewhere else!

I had my blood taken today as part of my pre-op assessment as I am due for an operation in a few days. As part of this process I needed to have my blood taken. Ordinarily, I am a confirmed "fainter" - but not this time! I cannot thank the lady that took it enough - Ruth. She made me feel so at ease that it was over before I knew it. Many, many thanks

Came in for a CT Oncology scan and EVERYONE was brilliant. I'm a "big old boy" BUT I HATE NEEDLES. Due to the nature of my scan I need cannulating and the nurse who did it was lovely. Please also thank the radiographers and the poor lady working in the rain meeting people as she was the first person I saw and she was so lovely. Well done Nuffield and thank you x

Really friendly staff also a nice clean environment. I had to go for few x-rays and there was a slight delay which didn’t really bother me in the slightest but they were very apologetic. Overall a great experience from start to finish.
