I have been seeing Mr Yates and very happy with the outcome. But especially like to mention a lady Ruth who works in diagnostics. She was so helpful and very friendly, easy to approach and nothing was a problem. Unlike the lady who was working reception for MRI. She was very abrupt and rude and made me feel like total fool as i wasnt sure what department i needed to be in.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth out here. Cannot fault a thing. The consultant, Ajay was fantastic right from the initial few consultations, warm and welcoming, very explanatory and reassuring on the day of the procedure, and also with his follow up consultation a few weeks post-op to ensure everything was fine. The turnaround time from consultation to operation was a matter of weeks which during Covid times is miraculous. Would highly reccomend!

It was urgent matter, called their number multiple times to book appointment, was simply told that they cannot find the doctor that we were recommended. When I told them that I could see their name in their portal, they said that doctor is not with them anymore. Submitted complaint on their portal, no response. Very unprofessional. They really need to overhaul their customer care.

Very nice hospital, receptionist was lovely which helps so in putting one at ease, consultants in my view however could spend a little longer with the patient, especially considering you are paying for the priviledge.

Mr Cleland… Saw Mr Cleland today and was treated like a second class citizen. He was rude, unhelpful and kept telling me “I’m in the middle of a clinic” I was paying him for a consultant due to a large lesion being found on my brain! He told me I should have gone to the NHS and that he couldn’t help me!!!!! My dad has also just died and he was awful. Never ever again! Vile man. I also have a well established business and money is no problem! He said he couldn’t admit me there as it would be thousands!
