5/ 5

Brilliant gym. Everyone is very friendly. It has great equipment and they have managed C19 very well with the restrictions that they have put in place re social distancing. The facilities are clean and tidy. And staff are lovely and work very hard. The pool is nice and the children's pool is great. The only issue is that they are hard to get through to on the phones and in the ladies changing room there is a medical/harmful waste (for medical purpose such as syringes) balancing directly next to the sinks which is unhygienic and further thought should be given to the location of this. However, I still give this gym 5 stars on the basis of how pleasant this gym is, how nice the staff are and the fact that the aforementioned issues are easily resolved.

This is not my first visit to the place. The entrance was well maintained; clean and presentable. The staff greeted us when we got to the desk; great to see more than one receptionist dealing with all the other guests. We were told where everything was and allowed to go our own way and was told that if we had any questions we could go back to reception. The gym was pretty busy but there were staff on hand to help. Overall the experience was great and would recommend going.
