5/ 5

I cannot fault Nuneaton Nuffield Health. I moved from Kent recently and needed to transfer my membership. I booked a look around the centre, Jake was brilliant. I had no trouble at all with paperwork and their booking system works brilliantly.

5/ 5

The team are excellent. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you feel truly welcome. The site has all the equipment you need and I've noticed that they are always looking at how to improve the gym. Definitely take advantage of the swimming pool and sauna after your session or class followed by a nice costa coffee after.

4/ 5

I’ve recently joined Nuffield Nuneaton. I love the APP and being able to book myself on a class. So far have done a couple of classes and really enjoyed them. Haven’t ventured into the GYM yet but will soon. If I were to pick on a negative it’s that I wish the pool was a little bigger and deeper. The deepest part is like 3ft 6” and about 4 or 5 lanes only which seems more kiddy proof than for adults - it was for being able to swim that was my main reason for joining. The jacuzzi, at times when I have been so I could have been unlucky, seems full of men in group sizes of 4 to 8 so I won’t go in it as a female on my own. Apart from that it all presents well and is friendly and clean.

I checked if it was disabled friendly and was assured it was fully geared up for people like me.Clea

I checked if it was disabled friendly and was assured it was fully geared up for people like me.Clearly they think all disabled people come with a carer attached because without one to hold doors open and move obstacles even the toilet was not accessible .As for the frosty welcome at reception,I feel like the poor relative we don't talk about. clearly this is all about wannabe yummy mummies letting their kids burn off a bit of energy in someone else's space.
