Very nice, clean and convenient gym just a minute walk from Covent Garden station. I really like the swimming pool. It has to be booked in advance, but it's never been an issue. It is monitored to make sure that members adhere to their time slots, which is a big plus! I have also had a few personal training sessions and I am very pleased with them, as progress is amazing compared to my personal workout. Following up on older reviews, I remember the old NH team and I agree, they weren't as nice, but current team is always very helpful and nice. They helped me to make the most out of my membership. Looking forward to see what new classes will be like!

I recently decided to re-join Covent Garden Nuffield after the lockdown. It is evident the new management team have put in great work - the reception team were highly professional and helpful and the PTs were very knowledgeable and willing to help me. The club itself was clean and well-managed with COVID. I would highly recommended joining this club to anyone considering it.

Joined post lock down and the facility is a bit dated but that isn't a issue for me. The real issue is class instructors always late in the morning every week? Is the studio coordinator doing their job? The personal trainers have been really nice and the reception staff too which is the only positive

Been here for some yoga classes. Yet to try their swimming pool. Nice layout for with space in central London. Staff seem friendly, honest and helpful. Though have to say that the ladies changing room smells of damp mould and each visit do notice a lot of wasted water from leaky shower taps. I prefer the shower gel and conditioner here (smells of coconut) in comparison to the shower gel in their City (Cousin St) branch.

Professional, friendly staff. Pool seems to be quite clean, gym floor is filled with equipment in need of maintenance, a little penetrative oil and light scrub would have most of the equipment operating properly, also appears to be a leak in the weights area on a structural pillar... certainly worth carrying out some maintenance on it. Nuffield need to invest some money into this branch or risk their reputation given this is the heart of london, tourist may try this gym and convey its the most shoddy gym they've seen

Really not up to Nuffield standards. Very old equipment, very unclear layout (it's like walking through Hogwarts), Changing rooms very bog-standard. I'm just pleased it's not my primary Nuffield gym... if I you're not a Nuffield multi-gym member I'd steer clear of it. It does have friendly staff, and is never too busy which is a plus, but I expect more paying for a Nuffield membership.
