I went for my first (ever) sports therapy session today and Natalie is brilliant. After being in some pain for a few weeks, I managed to go for a run a couple of hours after seeing Natalie and the difference was remarkable. I felt very comfortable talking with Natalie. She helped me understand the problem and gave me tips and advice as well as exercises to keep on top of my injury and hopefully stop it happening again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natalie to anyone that might need physio.

5/ 5

I've been visiting Natalie for some time now, having sports massage on my legs to keep them supple. Natalie always listens when I tell her how the legs have been, and gives them a great workout!! Natalie's treatment room is always spotless, the ambience is conducive, with great music playing in the background. The massage is the best money I spend on myself each month!! Would recommend Natalie to anyone.
