4/ 5

NRG gym gymnasium is well stocked with all sorts of machines and weights and also is very well priced for the amount of equipment and space there is to use it. The showers are pretty good and clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of running machines ECT to use so you are hardly ever waiting to use something. The gym has been taken under new management since in last used it but it seems to still be popular and have a good atmosphere to train. Overall, spot on.

I use the gym as I live nearby, so mainly for convenience but it's got a pretty good range of equipment. Also they run group training sessions. There is also a free weights room out the back but I don't venture in there much! Friendly staff. Changing rooms are quite small and showers are temperamental.
