Good pool, sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. The receptionist were poor at picking up the phone, I tried calling multiple time from my room but they didn't pick up. Rooms were clean and spacious. 3 stars because of the receptionist, personnel is a big deal for me.

Spa Day - Generally OK but gym equipment looked well worn. Staff in the spa area were difficult to locate. Problems with getting lockers to lock/unlock. Treatments were nice and staff in the treatment area very friendly. A special mention for Lauren who delivered our treatments and was so lovely to chat to.

Nothing to shout about. The overall appearance of this hotel is good, looks relatively modern from the exterior as does the reception and foyer area. Checked in and tried to use the lift, of the two one was filled with laundry so couldn't be used so had to queue and wait for the other. Room was nice, fairly spacious but the bathroom is a little tired, the place wasn't spotlessly clean either, looks like it was given a quick once over with a hoover as there were bits on the floor where the hoover had missed, and spilled soap in areas of the bathroom again which were missed. Otherwise nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is quiet and kept the temperature comfortable. We had a table booked for an evening meal at the restaurant, we waited and waited at the restaurant entrance and no one came, the restaurant was empty at this point which put us off a little bit, so in the end we gave up and ate at a nearby Indian restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing, we got there early and most items looked like they'd been there stood for hours. Rubbery sausages, dried out leather like bacon and scrambled eggs that had crunchy bits on where they were devoid of any moisture. General cleanliness of the breakfast area was not good either, rubbish on the floor and again needed a damn good hoover! We returned to our room at around 8AM, the rest of the morning was disturbed by the raucous laughter and general chit chat from the overly loud cleaners. So we checked out and not to my surprise the two other parties Infront of us complained about the general cleanliness or lack of within the hotel and also the quality of the food. The spa facilities were what stopped this from being a two star review, they are great, nice decent sized pool, hot jacuzzi and nice steam room and sauna. Good changing facilities too. This is more of a three star plus hotel, not really a four star in my opinion, with a few improvements it could be amazing, but given the reviews from others pretty much echo mine, I won't be returning in a hurry. To management - improve the cleanliness, improve the quality of the food and you'll have a great hotel that I'm sure many would return to!

Would have been a four star if they had planned breakfast in a better way. Too much time wasting waiting for a simple breakfast. Appreciate there were a lot of people due to an event but that's why people ask for advance booking so the organisers can be prepared accordingly.
