5/ 5

I love being a part of the Northy Gym community. The owners Mick & Suzi are so friendly and are also two incredible trainers, all the trainers are brilliant. The culture is healthy and authentic and produces great results with a welcoming atmosphere. I personally lost 18.4kg, which included gaining 3.1kg of muscle and losing 22.1kg of body fat during the six week shred challenge. Being a member of Northy Gym has changed my physical life and I recommend anyone to try it out.

So much fun! Would highly recommend to anyone! I’ve been going to gyms since I was 14, and I learnt more in the Winter Shred challenge than I’ve ever learnt before. I tried every exercise class and even developed a love for RPM - when I started I was sure I was going to fall off the bike. Thanks Team Northy Gym! You’ve created such a fun and welcoming environment, you should be so proud!
