Have to ring at 8 in a morning for an appointment.ring at 8 its engaged, and when it does ring it gets answered and put straight down!!!system is all wrong!! When you go in the receptionists just sit and talk and look at you like you shouldnt be there, the self check in is a blessing for them i suppose,so they dont have to do anything!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The doctors do not care about the patients. They honestly make you feel like you're ruining their day by turning up to your appointment. The last doctor I spoke to was very rude and incompetent, even getting things wrong constantly and talking down to me. I've been with this practice for some time and I can't wait to get admitted to the new doctors I'm moving to. These quacks are a joke.

I have been with this Practice for over 2 years and I deliberately went floor to floor listening whilst queuing to ask for a leaflet and then how I was spoken to regarding coming to their Practice. I found at every floor they were great in dealing with my questions but Northpoint on the top floor were particularly friendly and gave extra. During COVID, I have been kept up to date with check back in 2020 over the phone with a GP medical review. Just last week, as the COVID “extra health” range was brought in, I received a call the next day for my COVID injection. Brilliant receptionists, yes we all queue but their manner is always friendly. Hope this helps prospective new patients.
