Northfield & Mastrick Medical Practice aberdeen

Called for appointment today at 11. Was told will be called back...not been called back and now they are closed so I'll need to wait till Monday since its closed over the weekend. Absolutely useless..

Very unreliable practice. Very hard to get an appointment. Telephonist is very unwelcoming and seems to have a major attitude!! NHS need to review the staffing ASAP.

Need an appointment for an emergency, it has been 1 hour since I called and still no call back. Terrible place, go to the hospital instead

Phoned since 11 and just rang out phoned after 12 and they are shut till one. Very difficult to get seen. Just moved up from Glasgow shows a lot about the mungos up here

This is a poorly run medical practice it would be ok if you never get ill but if you have a long term medical problem I would recomend a different practice as you will never see the same doctors and can't book appointment to see a doctor that understands.your conditions . A policy review of this practice is needed

Worst doctors around horrible rude unhelpful staff

The worst practice I have ever been registered.

I rather not to call or go there ... At reception nobody is nice.

Dr valantine is always very understanding and helpful with me the Man at reception has been rude to me most other times been ok

Man at reception is very kind and helpful! Had a negative experience with Dr Valentine I felt looked down upon and like I was a burden but another female doctor saw me another day and she was professional and approachable
