I left my repeat prescription request in Greenfern Rd practice and was made to collect the prescript

I left my repeat prescription request in Greenfern Rd practice and was made to collect the prescription from Quarry Rd place. Why? Especially that during registration they asked me which address is my prefferred one, and I said it was Greenfern Rd.
