A very disappointing first contact. I received a confirmation call for an arranged appointment and the first question I was asked was if my partner will be with me. After explaining that it will be just me and that this is how we would like to have it the sales person needed to talk to someone to get the ok to visit me alone as they normally just visit married partner together.
Few minutes later I received the call back and was told it is fine, but they would just come around once and not again.
What business behavior is that someone could think when it comes to an order expected over a few thousand pounds?
Well certainly they don't need the business, especially after they even don't bother to come around at all, as the extension has not been completed yet.
Thankfully I know that this is not a problem at all for other companies and service wise this company is already disappointing.

I have actually not missed the fact that it was not even build, please be so kind and read again. It seems you missed something.
As the building plans with all measurements are available I wonder why you are the only company so far who is not able to give a quotation on the available measurements? That these might vary a bit once the extension is completed is surely understandable and of course this might effect the prices as well, but I prefer to know before with which company I go.
As well I believe it should be normal to accept customer wishes regards who will be available at the meeting, and unfortunately I had to - using your words - insist - as you where not accepting my wish for a few times.
Very irritating.
