Ended up in A+E due to my throat closing leaving me unable to breathe alongside chest pain which res

Ended up in A+E due to my throat closing leaving me unable to breathe alongside chest pain which resulted in me passing out with a lump on my neck. Was referred to gp collab due to it apparently not being an emergency to be told by gp collab that I should have some counciling! Abseloutly disgusting.
