Don't bother going in the afternoon, they over-book the pool which is only 2/3 utilised and tell you can't swim at all. If you ask the staff when a good day is, they will tell you Tuesdays and Thursdays, and maybe Fridays, but definitely call first, unless it's one of those days. I asked in person, as I was already there and was told 'tomorrow will be fine' - Only to find that on the day, no, you can't swim due to PLANNED works, complete with a printed, laminated sign that the pool was closed. They could have mentioned that the day before, when I asked, but, to be fair, I wasn't clear when I asked if if the pool was open, and available tomorrow. I don't say this lightly, it's the worst run public pool I have seen, in 78 countries, and 41 years. I would give it less than 1 star, if I could. In summary: Great facilities (you can't use them, don't even ask) Friendly staff (will tell you whatever you want to hear, true or not) Ridiculous pricing ( Apparently families are 1 adult and 2 kids, if you have 2 adults, and 1 kid - you know, the bare minimum to actually procreate, you are 1 family plus and adult.)

Omg what a public pool, this is next generation public pool, it had so much to offer for the whole family, it has a gated toddler pool, open toddler bigger kids pool, covered pool great for kids and learn to swing then 2 x big water slides the kids loved, then the large pool, so much fun going between pools, the staff are fantastic and always watching the kids.
