I’ve never had much reason to complain about the facilities at the Marriott Northampton. I have held a number of events here and have never been disappointed with the service. Great staff, great food, great function rooms, great hospitality. We did have some hiccups with one or two things but it was sorted very quickly and professionally. The event staff were always on hand should we need them. I’m holding another event there next year and hope it will be just as enjoyable as all the others. Thank you to all the event staff for your great work.

Had a lovely night stay over the bank holiday weekend in this quiet little hotel. We were given a room with broken air con but staff were very quick to change our room. Staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were comfy, first time I actually slept all night whilst away, the room was nice and dark with blackout curtains. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they seemed to be short staffed and the wait to check in and out was a bit long. Otherwise our staycation was great 👍 I highly recommend staying at this Marriott.

Staff were lovely as are the grounds. Really disappointed that there is no longer a pool as the fitness is not very good. We used to love sauna and pool. Will look for alternative hotel for personal and business stays.

5/ 5

Great hotel, staff are always accommodating with very clean and presentable rooms. Have been staying here just over a month now and plan on staying here for many months to come. Gym facilities are basic, but good standard of equipment and more than good enough if you can get in there on your own.
