I booked the man and van for a Monday afternoon. They rang me at lunchtime to say they'd broken down but could definitely do it the next day. Fair enough - these things happen. The following day I received a message at lunchtime to say the van hadn't been fixed and I'd be better off getting someone else. Not impressed!

Polite from my initial phone call enquiry and very prompt with communication and arrangements. Excellent service and will definitely be recommending to my work colleagues for our service users with learning disabilities. Both Anthony and Tom were extremely helpful, providing a friendly service. Thank you so much

We have used NW movers three times for different moving jobs and they are very reliable. The houses last time were especially awkwardly placed in terms of parking and tight stairwells and the two-man team worked with us quickly, smoothly, and with great cheer. NW movers are a great team to work with.
