Me and my Partner brought a second hand Mini Cooper from here. Rhys Lines in the sales department was excellent. His knowledge of the cars was fantastic. He took a lot of time to take us through the options and the test drive he took us on was also very thorough and informative. He was not pushy but we were very confident that we were making the right decision buying from him. Excellent service!

Great service from Ricky in Sales! I purchased a used Mini as a present for my wife and was fortunate enough to deal with Ricky. He was extremely helpful and professional and was not a pushy salesperson! Ricky was genuinely interested in doing the best for all concerned and I was pleased with how he negotiated a tricky situation when it came to the spec! I'd definitely recommend North Oxford Mini if the rest of the team are as good as Ricky!

I have now owned my Mini for a week. Amazing car, love driving it so much fun. The service at North Oxford Mini from Paul Gill was brilliant. Paul talked through all the cars available and made the whole buying experience enjoyable. Samantha White in the Finance Department was also excellent. Just bought a lovely Mini from North Oxford. Rhys could not have been more helpful. He made the experience quite easy. I had plenty of questions and, he was quite happy to answer them. I had an extensive test drive, to make sure I was happy and not just (as many do) a quick whizz round the block and that’s it. Have to say these people have been great, Chris for booking me in and Brian in stores, both for keeping me updated continually via phone calls and Brian for answering all my emails... Had a great experience here, there was a bit of a hiccup with a part which delayed things a bit (not their fault) but I was not in any rush... Will be returning..... Thanks all...

They are always very polite, quick to serve you and get you what you need. The prices can be quite steep however if you've bought a Mini you know what you are getting into so it's never surprising. Top quality service for a top quality brand.
