Can't recommend North Oxford Garage enough, the staff were friendly and the offices were clean and relaxed. We were helped by Richard, who followed up on my online inquiry quickly, kept me updated throughout, answered all my questions and couldn't do enough to help us. He made our experience a great one, we love our new car , but when the time comes to upgrade, we will definitely go back to North Oxford garage.

I bought my first BMW a couple of months ago, and cant explain how happy I am with my purchase, and more importantly the service I received. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to a new manufacture, but I can honestly say it was well and truly the right decision to make. They have a seasoned sales team who know how to win you round without putting too much pressure on you. Chris B in the used sales team is your man!

Stunning service as per usual from BMW. Had a look at the new M135i recently. Despite my age limit, Catherine did whatever she could to help me at least have a feel of how good the new 1 series is and how rapid the M135i was. They also offer quite competitive offers too.

The staff are north Oxford were fantastic. In particular Rozeena and Jenna, the made the experience easy due their professionalism and friendliness. A credit to the BMW brand!

Purchased an approved m4 today from BMW Oxford and from the initial enquiry to signing the paperwork the level of service has been exemplary, even put my faith back in main dealers after a poor experience with my local one. I dealt with Gareth and Simon who always rang back, they offered a very competitive deal and at no point tried to be pushy which ultimately got them the sale. I really can’t recommend this garage enough and look forward to picking my car up and will update this review.

I recently purchased a new GS 1250 TE through North Oxford BMW Garage. Nathan Thomas went out of his way to provide me with excellent service and was even kind enough to lend me his personal jacket and helmet so that I could test drive the motorbike. Mike the driver delivered the brand new bike to my house and spent a lot of time and attention very patiently explaining to me how all of the bike new gadgets worked. He was a superstar! I would also like to give a big thank you to Brendon for his help and for sending me the personalised bike video.

We've had issues with North Oxford BMW in the past, however my last two services on two different vehicles has been amazing. North Oxford BMW went the extra mile in offering the best service. We got a call a day before the service just to remind us of the service and that they will collect the vehicle. This was something that helped us a lot as we were going through some difficult time. Jacob collected the vehicle on time and not a minute late. Rozeena kept us well informed of the service and the vehicle was returned on time again by Jacob, washed and cleaned. Thank you for the great service and please keep it up at that level for all customers.

Perfect service. I have recall for my old Bmw 120d and service and valeting where top class. They check for my car, gave me list what's need to be done, all without nagging and stuff. Top note!

I have been a customer of North Oxford BMW for many years now and I have never been disappointed with the service provided. All of the service advisors are helpful and very friendly. In particular Rozeena has always been pleasant and super helpful when she has been my service advisor. She often goes above and beyond for her customers which is very much appreciated. I always know that my car is in safe hands when it is left with this garage. I wish to remain their customer for the foreseeable future as I have never had any problems there. Keep up the good work!
