Such a great company! They provided me with lovely windows and doors eight years ago. The quality is superb and when I thought my patio doors were not locking well they returned and made a minor repair free of charge. Thank you North Liverpool Windows!

I have had all my windows and doors, fascias, gutters and a new conservatory all done in the last two weeks by the team at North Liverpool windows. I am delighted with them and would recommend the team. They are all very professional and friendly. The windows are all great and look really good. Was very impressed with the windows north Liverpool had fitted in my parents house. With this in mind, I decided I would use North Liverpool and I am so glad I did as they are a great company to deal with. The phone is answered efficiently and you always feel your custom is important to them. The after sale service is excellent, second to none, and if there's any problem that arises I have found they deal with it Immediately and with a smile. I've used this company a few times and can only praise them on their excellent work,my last job was having a kitchen window made into French doors they look fantastic and where a good price.

It was that good i put in an order for some doors & a window and hope too get the rest of the windows soon.

I had my conservatory built about 7 years ago. We have some damp on the adjoining wall to our house. I called the company and was asked for my guarantee reference number however I was never given one. I provided the date of completion instead and was told someone would get back to me. Two weeks later I called again to be told by Brian that the damp was from my house. I asked about a gutter on the conservatory that was leaking. Long story short I was advised to buy a specific piece of guttering to fix the fault. I rang Brian from the shop for advice as he’d advised me to buy the wrong thing. Brian said that it wasn’t covered anyway as I had ‘abused the gutter’ and lost a piece of guttering. He continued to shout at me over the phone when I asked what exactly the guarantee does cover. I was left very upset and distressed. I called out a gutter specialist who informed that the gutter was a botch job and listed a whole raft of faults, including the gutter not being fixed to the wall. NLW might be pleasant and helpful while your buying, but not so later down the line, which begs the question, is the guarantee worth the paper it’s written on if the owner attributes every fault down to the customers misuse!

Good job replaced Windows, cleaned up after themselves, well fitted and effenently carried out

I have just had a conservatory fitted from North Liverpool Windows, the service was absolutely brilliant, the workman were efficient and very clean and tidy and done a fantastic job, such a trustworthy company and I felt really comfortable with them that I would just leave them in the house, my mum and dad had windows of them over 20 years ago and now I have had my conservatory and I am over the moon with it, if your looking to get any aspect of windows or conservatory’s or doors don’t hesitate to use North Liverpool Windows, absolutely fantastic 👍👍👍
