Stevie and Emily are the hairdressers I see and they are just utterly brilliant and lovely. I will miss Stevie when she goes on her travels. Great salon with lovely welcoming staff on reception Only feedback I’d offer is that the salon is looking a bit tired now inside and could do with a revamp :)

Another fantastic list to North Laine Hair. Always greeted with smiling faces and everyone really does make you feel at home there. I usually book in with Amy but when our schedules didn't match for a while I booked with James to touch up my balayage and Kate, the owner, for a cut. Having not been served by either of them they both made sure to sit down with my and make sure they knew what I wanted to achieve during my visit. Having fine hair James was keen to advise me on adjusting my desired look for the sake of saving my hair and in the end I am beyond happy with the color. Kate also cut my hair to perfection and was a real treat to chat with as well. As the owner you can really tell she wants to make sure every client leaves happy and knowledgable of what to do to care for your hair. Can't wait to be back in the salon again after the holidays. The staff is really nice and cheerful, and the work they do is amazing. I was bored and tired of my hair when I walked in, and I walked out feeling great and confident again. 5 stars well deserved.

Came to North Laine after having a horrible experience at another salon and wow what an upgrade. The team took time to understand what I wanted and I walked out so happy with the finished look. Highly recommend Amy for anyone looking to achieve a natural balayage look. Also had my hair cut and styled to perfection. Overall the salon has great vibes and you're looked over by not just your stylist but the whole team. They also have a great range of products to purchase. Look forward to my next trip to the salon.

Had my hair cut by an apprentice on Saturday, I didn't expect much as it was cheap and I just needed a trim. I left with the left side of my hair longer than the right side and even though I asked for it to be just a trim to the length of my collar bone, I left with my hair cut right up to half way up my neck!! I can't wear my hair down anymore because I'm embarrassed at the uneven cut and don't think I should have had to pay for it. I won't be returning here again.

So happy with my hair after visiting North Laine Hair. Lucy was so lovely and did an amazing job on my color. She took the time to get it exactly how I wanted it, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Highly recommend this hairdressers.

I got a curly haircut done by Kate, and it was very well done. Kate took the time to get to know my hair and to discuss exactly what I wanted to get done and paid attention to detail. Overall very great customer service, and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this salon!

I had a curly cut by Mary today, I've never had a curly cut before but was so impressed, the end result was fabulous. She took time to talk to me and figure out just what I wanted and styled and cut my hair beautifully and what a difference it made to my curls. Thank you so much, definitely will be returning.

The only hairdressers I’ve ever returned to! Been getting cuts and balayages from Mary for 2 years and she always nails it - highly recommend North Laine hair and Mary ☺️
