I've been a patient at this practice for many years and I can't fault it. Approaching the receptionists with a smile and being courteous brings rewards. They all do their best and my GP, Dr N, is lovely.

4/ 5

Pretty good overall. Receptionists have a lot to deal with/filter/process. Manager Pauline, and Sue are excellent, & generally all the others will genuinely *try*. As with most things NHS related, under pressure. So be polite & clear in your request, make sure you've half an idea of what you're asking, and they'll do their best for you. Doctors are good, but be concise - they've only 10/15 minute slots (as have everywhere else).

I feel very let down by the lack of standard of care at the surgery. All receptionists are extremely rude. There is absolutely no need to make comments such as 'well, if your child is at school, he clearly does not need an appointment'. Please stop making parents feel inadequate. Parenting is difficult enough. Also, do not make decisions whether my child needs an appointment based on sparse information obtained. Unless you have a crystal ball - but in that case I suggest playing lottery so you do not have to work and subject us to your vile attitude!

Good luck even getting through to their reception. For reasons beyond me, they don't have a hold system for their phone lines. If they're busy then you can't even get through to wait, you just have to keep calling. Incredibly unfriendly and rude reception staff, and doctors who use Google to diagnose you.

I've been very lucky to have always been a ke to get consultations without any problems. Lose points for receptionist though, who really ought to brush up on their interpersonal skills.

This is the worst doctors I have ever used and this is all based on one particular receptionist, she is the least helpful and most rude person I have ever spoken to.. I rarely go to the surgery and even if I was really ill I would hold off as long as I could just so I wouldn’t have to speak to that women! This view is expressed by every single person I speak to! How she still has a job after all this years is beyond me! It’s gone massively down hill since Dr Galloway left..

1/ 5

This surgery is killing patients with their lack of GP appointments, terrible receptionists, and admin. After explaining everything about our sickness, the receptionists will decide our sickness is not critical and tell us that no appointments are available. finally got one telephonic appointment and the Dr. Prithipal chabda was not at all ready to listen and he was very rude, telling that other patients are waiting and disconnected the call in an unprofessional way. NO WONDER WHY PATIENTS ARE NOT GOING TO GP AND INSTEAD GOING STRAIGHT TO A & E.
