Ive been at this practice my entire life and never had a bad word to say until now. Absolutely awful

Ive been at this practice my entire life and never had a bad word to say until now. Absolutely awful service so unhelpful. I get pressure thanks to covid but come on its the excuse for everything they dont want to do now. Patient care is definitely not high on the list of priorities at this practice well maybe were certain staff are concerned absolutely no empathy definitely in the wrong job.

31.12.21 (2.45pm ) I was meant to collect a prescription today from this place only to find out it shut early.On the door it said collect prescription at 2.30pm-3.00pm.Why did no one tell me they were shutting early !! Really annoyed as I took time off work to come here .

My Doctor is good at this GP. But some of the women (not all of them but some) operating the telephone service aren't! I understand they are busy, but putting down the phone without saying 'bye' it's bad considering it takes less then 1 second to say BYE!
