Really upset with this surgery. I requested an appointment with a certain doctor and was told to call for her on Monday. I called on Monday to book an appointment with her and was told that she wasn't taking appointments. Then I requested a call back from her and got the call at 3:46pm and did not answer because it was a private number which I was suspicious about and then I called them to ask if the doctor had called me and I was told to call back tomorrow again. I'm having a lot of health problems at the moment with rashes and sleep problems etc and this surgery's receptionists are really rubbish and I do not feel like I am being treated fairly. Despite that though, I wouldn't leave the surgery because the doctor who I usually request to see is the best I've ever seen before and I wouldn't really trust seeing another doctor, which is why I always request for her. But the issue with the receptionists really need to be fixed because it's quite stressful calling and not knowing whether I'm going to be treated like trash or not.

Reception staff can be unnecessarily rude at times and the fact you now have to phone up before 10 to speak to a Dr is inconvenient. The Dr's are rude and ignorant and I wouldn't trust them with a practice dummy let alone real people. The practice manager's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Now looking for a new GP.

I have been with the surgery for more than 10 years. They have all been really helpful every time I needed medical help. The receptionists have always put me on a callback list when I called early enough and explained the reason for the requested appointment. There were 3 occasions when I called after 9.45AM and the list was already closed. Dr Laycock, Dr Gilroy and especially Dr. Udejiofo - who also came for a home visit for my mum - have always identified the health issues and sent us to the right specialists when the case was an emergency or a life threatening medical event....and unfortunately as a family we had a few. Many thanks, also, to the 2 amazing nurses, Debbie and Julie. Always bubbly and in good spirit and both having angel hands when taking bloods. Also would like to mention the practice manager that spent 1 hour and a half being really helpful with an impossible technical matter connected to the NHS app. Thank you for everything, overall everything has been a good experience for me and my family.

The Doctors and healthcare professionals are amazing I've had a great experience so far I'd give them 10/10. The reception staff however, are absolutely shocking. Ive just joined this gp recently and have already had issues. They can be so unprofessional. I don't know if its incompetence or they just hate the job. When you come to the desk they don't even want to adress you . When you call in they'd rather get you off of the phone than hear what you have to say. Just absolutely shocking behaviour the receptionist look so miserable.

The doctors here are excellent I don't think I've had better..... but getting through to one is another manner. On many occasions the reception staff have refused to add to the callback list as they felt they had the training of a medical professional and you didn't need to speak to a doc, or advising to speak to your therapist about medication instead of the doctor...and they think this is acceptable. Its very unprofessional and makes the whole event of being unwell that little more embarrassing and confusing.
