Noor Dry Cleaners london

Low cost, good service. I gave some shirts for alteration and it came out fine. They fit me well now. The owner was friendly as well.

I took a suit to Noor for dry cleaning. I was charged more as was told the jacket and trousers needed to go through the machine separately (£10.70). After picking it up (a week later), I took it home and tried it on. The suit was dirtier that before. There were marks on the trousers, the jacket and the previous paper tag (which I'd forgotten to remove from the inside label from a previous dry clean) was intact, not even marked. I spoke to the shop on the phone. I was polite and asked for either a refund or for them to re-clean it. I was refused both and the owner of the shop raised his voice and was extremely rude. Awful service, do not use.

Best dry cleaners in the area and very cheap at prices

I had 18 shirts that they were charging for £2/shirt to "dry clean". They have different tariffs for shirts, not sure why as they are all £0.50 When I went to collect them not a single shirt was washed or ironed properly (no exaggeration) when I confronted the owner his response was "whaT you want me to do about it brother" I told him that I'd like them redone as I showed him every single shirt, the collars were still dirty and one even had a stain that I picked off from my hand. I have since found out that no dry cleaners actually dry clean they wash and iron. Well these guys don't even wash by the looks of it. Just iron them hoping customers don't check.

I do agree with the post that they only iron items no dry clean them. Poor customer service also. Total waste of money.

AVOID AT ANY COST. UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE. RUINED MY WEDDING OUTFIT COMPLETELY, SAYING IT JUST GOT DISSOLVED BY HARSH CHEMICALS 2 DAYS BEFORE WEDDING. NO EXPLANATION, DONT WANT TO TALK FACE TO FACE SAYING MANAGER ISN'T THERE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, horrible people and horrible service. Destroyed our clothes, I have no idea how they're still in service

AVOID AT ALL COST Took in wedding dress for dry cleaning and informed me that its disintegrated. Refused any explanation. Was extremely rude. Refused to answer anything saying 'I'm not in court i don't have to answer anything Disgusting and frankly abhorrent service.

New ownership. Still settling down. Not in full service yet.
