Recently I called them for a quote for one of my window I wanted to replace. A guy visited gave me a price, I thought was bit high, so he told me when he gets back to his office he will call me with a better price, after 3 months and I’m still waiting to hear back from him although I contacted them twice in that time. My feelings are because it’s just 1 window they’re not interested, they should’ve told me before when I contacted them with my requirements, they wasted my time.

Staff in the shop nice enough. Quality of product is good. Quality control however is poor. Ordered Rosewood windows and Rosewood composite door, order placed. 2 weeks before installation told our door and side panel wouldn't fit, now why they didn't know when measuring is anyone guess or they have never done this before and have no idea about their products. Had to quickly change the complete design of the front door and side panel to side glass. Day 1 of installation in the morning......nothing, midday.....nothing, mid afternoon.....nothing. Ring them up and get told they not turning up now. Not only do I take leave for installing and loss of earning they claim they left a message. It's only taken around 8 attempts to give them the correct number and they still can't get it right. Next day installation starts and the guys do a good job and leave no mess and very pleasant. Jobs complete in some atrocious weather. The next day we get some sunshine so let's have a look from the outside in the sun. Problem, the colour of the rosewood between the windows and composite door doesn't match, sticks out like a sore thumb and is several shades lighter. Get told they will sort it. Nothing. Comes to the house saying nothing can be done, we can put man on the moon but getting matching doors and windows is asking the impossible. The most important question for Nolan is can we sign the forms so they can get paid. Not the slightest bit interested in fixing this problem. My neighbours across the roads have the same Rosewood door and Windows and theirs match but it's too much trouble for Nolan. Was any form of compensation offered for the poor quality control, the fact the order had to be changed a couple of weeks before installation or the fact nobody turned up the first day? Nope, we had to mention it. Was it sent? Nope we had to chase it. Letter of complaint send to the boss himself, any response? Nope. Disgraceful company. Avoid if you want things to match. They claim they build the Windows themselves, nonsense they get them from pretty much the same suppliers as other companies. The after sales has been rubbish, quality control is rubbish. All they want is the cash and that's it, to rectify the problem it was done to what's best and easiest for Nolan. Go elsewhere or order a different colour. Avoid this lot. You have been warned!

We’ve used Nolan in the past so it was an easy decision to go with them when we needed 6 new windows fitted. We had all 6 fitted today after a small delay due to Covid / Brexit. Nolan sent 2 teams so that the work could all be carried out in one day. The guys turned up on time, were polite and friendly and cleaned up before they left. The windows look great and so much better than what we had before. A very happy customer and wouldn’t hesitate to use Nolan again.

Nolan are good real good they turned up at 3.30 pm on a Saturday to adjust my front door now that is is something you would not expect today over the moon with my door thank you

Asked for a quote and said they ring back. Never did so very dissapointed.

Posted for a quote weeks ago now as Nolan were recommended by a friend. To date Nolan haven't contacted me back about my request.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Top service.
