Excellent service and generous with their advice. They have a drawer full of bits and bobs which they use for repairs and will let you have for a donation to charity. Things like old screws and nuts and other components. Once, they found me an old foot switch for an obsolete amp that I had and let me have it for a fiver. They always have time to find out exactly what you need and make sure you are buying the right product rather than the latest fancy gizmo. There aren't many shops like this any more. It's a real gem.

5/ 5

Excellent service. Took my dirty and worn guitar there today and it seems they are able to clean it and fix it for a very reasonable price. Also got a lovely new case which was a bargain. Nothing like the personal touch of a local family run store. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Cardiff and the surrounding areas. On top of that the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely going to use them the next time I buy a guitar.

Friendly helpful proprietor, some real jewels in the secondhand stock, new stock a bit limited. Nobles has a really long history, and I get the feeling it's just ticking over now. Don't drive to the entrance, go up the main road and drive through the car park, Nobles has a small private parking area at the far end. I should add that when I visited he was busy setting up guitars. I didn't try anything out, but I could see that the instruments were set up ok, no cheesegraters here!

Asked for a big favour last minute before Christmas which wouldn’t have been worth much to them, but they were super helpful anyway. Fantastic service. From a very grateful customer who will be paying a visit when next in the area.
