Noah grossly underestimated the amount of time needed to move our things, despite very thorough communication from our part. We were moving all through the night, and had to finish off a couple of days later. Having said that, he was very apologetic, and he and his staff did work very very hard! Maybe with more experience they will be better. We will probably never use a removal company that does not visit the house to give a quote.
