Best Indian food I’ve ever had. The exceptionally helpful waiter persuaded us to have a dish from his region... we did not regret it. Phenomenal flavours, and quality. Would definitely recommend.

This is a competent Indian restaurant with a range of standard curry dishes and some dosa. Service was fine and we enjoyed our starters, who doesn't love fried food, but the main courses were very salty. We hoped for a good vegan selection but weren't offered much. Do go if you are local but there are other places that might suit a celebration better. £120 for four, including two bottles of wine.

Don't go here! Poor attitude. Bad environmental practices. Mediocre food. Recently I came to this restaurant for take away, and brought my own containers, since this restaurant is known for massive over-packaging. The clerk assured me that he would use my containers, and would avoid using any plastic. However, when I came back to pick up, he had wrapped the containers I gave him in layers of plastic, wrapped the bread in foil when he said he would use paper, and then wrapped the whole lot of it in a paper bag, then yet another plastic bag. When I complained to him that he had explicitly agreed *not* to do that, he was totally flippant, and could barely look up at me from his phone. I tried to explain to him that plastic takes 500 years to break down in the environment, and yet all I got from him was attitude. I am *never* coming back to this place, and I suggest that others avoid it as well.

I visited three times within one week. The food was quite above expected, I would give 4.5 stars. Price is reasonable, and some dishes (though not all) are very unique and delicious! I think I will become a regular!

3/ 5

The food is no doubt very good quality served in pleasant surroundings but the evening was spoiled by slow inattentive service. Long waits (almost an hour for starters) and no ‘check backs’ suggests they were either understaffed or their staff poorly trained. Either way a potentially great evening became a very mediocre one.
