Awful hair cut. She was 20 minutes late, and truly the worst hair cut I have ever got, the layers were uneven and I was in tears when I got home. Will never go back.

I have had my laser done by nearly 6 different shops and by far this is the best laser I have ever had done. Completely pain free and done with care. I would be going back and recommended it to all my family and friends. Very pleased with the service.

The 1st time I went to Nishi salon I was amazed by the way they sorted out my eyebrows. They were in a really bad way. The second time I booked an appointment for a treatment but turned up an hour early for it. Didn't realise Nishi was not going to be available around that time. The girls called Nishi and told her I was in the salon and bless her she left what she went out to do and came running back. That is what you call excellent customer service. I felt so bad she came running back when it was my fault. Now that I am a regular and I feel comfortable i have started with the laser treatments. This is amazing I went for my second treatment today. I was telling Nishi how amazing the outcome was. I would say it was a 90% reduction just from the 1st treatment. I never write a review but had to for the customer service and outcome of my laser I got. Would highly recommend this salon. If you read these comments Nishi thank you very much.

I have been using this service for more than 10 years and i have never had any issues. I even recommend Nishi's to all my friends and family. The owner is very caring towards all her customers and would expect her customers to wait patiently during her busiest times in the salon and she attends to her customers as soon as possible. Any appointments booked beforehand are prioritised as required. The owner gives excellent training to her beauticians as she expects the service to deliver the highest standards of care to all her customers. This is why i am a loyal customer and always will be as she is the owner there!!!
