horrible quality, very traumatic experience. the owner only cares about how fast the service is and not the customer satisfaction. i was left with large amounts of hair after a full body wax, she removed half of my eyebrows during threading and made them extremely thin. she was very rough and not considerate at all with her actions, she almost ripped one of my ear piercings out due to harshly brushing the hair off my face with her hands. gloves were also not worn during the wax which included a brazilian, a metal spatula was also used instead of disposable wooden sticks, the hot waxed cause the metal to be hot and there was a high risk of creating burns. the service was cheaper than what i would pay at other places but way too much for the poor service that i received. would most definitely not be returning.
