This place is absolutely incredible! The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. It is so refreshing to stay in a luxury 5 star hotel where the clients come first and they are your main priority. Before we even checked in i was in contact with the resort and Courtney was so helpful, followed through on every question, nothing was too much trouble, the girls in the spa Mia again was so helpful arranging bookings for us, Craig at the reception was a beautiful soul, so friendly and welcoming. Lee the maintenance manager was incredible. Popped in to fix the issues, came back to check on us to make sure everything was sorted and all okay. They went above and beyond! The villa is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, so much space, all the amenities you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend this place and I would absolutely stay there again. Being a travel agent I like to share experiences and this is definately one I will be sharing with my clients.

Villas have a real Bali like feel. Grounds are beautifully maintained, lots of bird life. The food is definitely the stand out, scallops and bonfire dessert are exceptional! Restaurant was open for breakfast & lunch only, no room service. Just expected exceptional service and services for the price range. Early in the season, but definitely needs improvement. If your in Port Douglas, would definitely recommend booking at the restaurant.

I booked Niramaya for a week for my honeymoon. The villa we stayed in was absolutely incredible! It felt like we were in our own little oasis. Very clean and quiet. Staff were all really lovely and accomodating. Cocktails are expensive but we bought our own drinks locally and also made use of the full kitchen. It did not bother us that the restaurant closes early as there are so many amazing places to eat in Port Douglas. We were lucky to purchase our trip via a deal in 2020. We would love to come during Winter but the pricing is very high in the peak travel season, so I would recommend coming during off peak if you can. We had amazing weather in March.

Craig, Alexander and the restaurant staff are simply amazing. Craig’s customer service is world class. No request is too big or small and his enthusiasm to assist is rarely seen these days.
