Nike Factory Store edinburgh

Have always found staff helpful, great range of clothes, trainers but today really disappointed. Waiting in the queue with my 10 year old only for the people behind us to get served first - 'friends and family' I was told. Really!! Not even an apology then was asked if I was a Nike member, well I was but not anymore... My opinion is everyone is equal, doesn't matter how much cash your spending!

Not a bad selection of products and the prices are reasonable. Good way to get Nike products for good prices. However, there is little help on offer, but apart from that it's a good way to get cheap branded clothing without the steep prices.

A really bad experience with This Store about tax refund. We first went to Nike Fac Store near south part ciry bypass to ask the tax refund document about our previous purchase (we were informed that it could be done within 2 months). Staff there said they used up documents so recommend us to go to this Store. After 40 min driving we reached this one and were informed by staff here that we were not be able to do this in another store. Staff here looks likes “helpful” but no apology just insisted that it was “company” policy.

Always get great quality sportswear at good prices. Comfy trainers, shorts, tracky bottoms and t shirts.

Always great shop to pick up a bargain i take my grandson to get his trainers there....

I am a big Nike fan and I love a good trawl around their outlets. They haven't had such a great choice recently which is understandable in such strange days. However there is always a bargain to be had and I found a pair of Fusions at 70% off which I was dead chuffed to get!

Needs new management. I went in twice and on both occasions the 4-5 "staff" on were too busy socialising on the couches with each other to bother. Must be great to get paid to do nothing.

Brilliant shop got two pairs of trainers each for my girls for only 82 £

Super helpful staff, no issues or fuss, had to return shoes and had no problem at all.

Great service and prices.
