My daughter is currently staying at Haymarket and is very happy. The rooms are a good size and it’s in a good location. Kevin and his team are fantastic always taking the time to speak to me when I visit and welcome me to the building. I feel reassured that my daughter is looked after and that should she need help then Kevin and his team will be on hand.

The best part about this location has to be the staff. From Day 1, they were very open, friendly, helpful, and always wanting to have a chat about how the day was going and what we had going on, which I really appreciated. Another great aspect was the location. Tucked just off of Dalry Road, it's nice and quiet. If you need to catch a bus to the airport or a train out of the city, the Haymarket rail, bus, and tram station is about 3 minutes down the street. If you walk about 10-15 minutes the other direction, you've got the high street, Edinburgh Castle, and all the other amenities in the "downtown" area. The room itself was great as well. Clean, open, and good amenities (stovetop, oven, microwave, etc.). I had one of the larger studios they offer, and the view from the 3rd floor towards the rail station is nice. Although the room was a bit pricey for the size you get, I know that is out of the local staff's hands (Edinburgh can be a bit expensive if you're trying to find something on your own), and they were great at ensuring any issues that came up (light bulbs, etc.) were fixed within a day or so. They were also very flexible when helping arrange payment schedules. Overall, great staff, nice room, and good location. Thumbs up.

Stayed here in 2020/21 and couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms are nice and spacious. The front of house team were always available for support and helped pack everything up in my room when I was unable to due to the pandemic!
